 1. Phyllanthus Emblica, commonly known as Indian Gooseberry or Amla, is a deciduous tree native to India. It bears a yellow-green colored fruit which is highly nutritious and is a major ingredient in Indian ayurvedic medicine. The fruit is rich in Vitamin C, minerals, antioxidants and other essential nutrients.

 2. The Phyllanthus Emblica tree is a small to medium-sized evergreen tree which grows up to 10-20 feet in height. It has an erect stem with yellow-green colored bark and branches that spread out in a round shape. It has elliptical-shaped leaves that are dark green in color.

 3. The fruit of Phyllanthus Emblica is an oval-shaped berry that is yellowish-green in color. It has a tough outer surface and a slightly sour flavor.
