1. Custard Squash is an amazing plant that produces delicious and nutritious fruits. Its elongated, yellow-orange fruits have a sweet and nutty flavor and are perfect for baking, cooking, or even eating raw. The flesh is dense and creamy, and the seeds are edible. They can be roasted or boiled and added to salads and soups.

2. The plant itself is a large, vining perennial that is easy to grow and care for. It thrives in full sun and moderate temperatures and doesn’t require much maintenance. It’s also relatively pest-resistant and disease-free. The leaves are large, glossy, and attractive, making it a great ornamental addition to any garden.

3. Custard Squash can be harvested when the fruits are still green or when they are fully ripe. If harvested when they are ripe, they should be stored in a cool, dry place for up to a month. When you’re ready to use them, simply cut them in half and scoop out the seeds. The flesh can be cooked, mashed, or pureed.

4. The seeds of the Custard Squash are also edible and can be roasted or boiled and added to salads and soups. They also make a great snack when toasted and seasoned with salt, pepper, and other spices.

5. Custard Squash is a great addition to any garden or kitchen, and its nutritious and delicious fruits make it a perfect ingredient for a variety of dishes. Whether you’re looking for an ornamental plant, a healthy snack, or an ingredient for a delicious meal, Custard Squash is the perfect choice.
