Shishito Pepper is an incredibly unique and flavorful pepper. It has a thin, crisp skin and a mild, sweet flavor. It’s an excellent addition to any meal, adding a touch of spice without overpowering the dish. The peppers are small and slender, about two to three inches in length and usually a bright green. They are usually served flash-fried in oil and sprinkled with sea salt.

Shishito Pepper plants are easy to grow and thrive in warm climates. The plants can be planted in either the spring or the fall, and can reach up to two feet in height. The peppers themselves begin to ripen in mid-summer and can be harvested when green or left to ripen to a bright red. The peppers can be eaten raw or cooked, and can be used in a variety of dishes.

Shishito Pepper seeds are small and round, and are usually black in color. They can be easily harvested from the plant and can be planted in pots or in the ground. The plants grow quickly, and will produce peppers in as little as 55 days. The peppers can be dried and stored for future use, or can be canned or pickled.
