Radish seeds are small and round, and come in a variety of colors, including white, black, pink, purple, and green. The white variety is the most popular and is used in salads, soups, and as a garnish. The black variety is milder and slightly sweet in flavor and is used in stir-fries and other dishes. Pink and purple radish varieties are mild and slightly sweet, and can be eaten raw or cooked.

Radish is a nutrient-dense vegetable, containing vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium, potassium, and magnesium.
