Morning Glory seeds are small and round, with a black or brown coating. They are typically used as a food source, either directly or as an ingredient in dishes. The seeds can be eaten raw or cooked and are rich in protein, oil, and fiber. They are also known for their medicinal properties and have been used to treat a variety of ailments.
