Agastache Foeniculum, also known as Anise Hyssop, is a perennial herb native to North America, with dark green foliage and rainbow-colored flowers. It is a great plant for adding color to your garden as it produces spikes of beautiful purple, pink, and white flowers throughout the summer months. The plant has a strong scent reminiscent of licorice, and its leaves are edible.

Agastache Foeniculum is a low-maintenance plant that requires very little care. Its deep taproots make it drought-tolerant and it prefers well-drained soil with full sun exposure. It is also quite hardy and can survive temperatures as low as -20°F.

Agastache Foeniculum is a great choice for pollinator gardens as it is a favorite of bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Its flowers have a sweet nectar that attracts these insects, as well as other beneficial insects such as predatory wasps and hoverflies.

The dried seeds of Agastache Foeniculum are often used in cooking and baking. They have a strong flavor of anise and can be used to make a delicious herbal tea. They can also be used to add flavor to soups, salads, and baked goods.

Agastache Foeniculum is an easy-to-grow plant with many benefits. It is drought-tolerant, attracts pollinators, and has edible leaves and seeds. Its showy flowers add beauty to your garden and its anise-like fragrance adds a unique flavor to your cooking.
